Self Defence Seminar

The next self defence seminar with Master Steve Baker will be held on the 8th October 2011 at Horwich Leisure Centre 1pm-3pm.

Those attending for the first time will receive a level 1 certificate. If you have attended one session before please bring your certificate for stamping. Those who have attended both previous sessions will receive their level 2 certificate.

Only £10 per person.
